This is because a rant has to be a certain minimum length if it is to be in any way intelligent and balanced. 'The twins rock my freakin' world!' would just not have done the job in this context. As for the suggestion that whinging on Facebook and Twitter doesn't hurt anyone - I would have to disagree with you there. But I do love Lucie, so I was completely gutted when she left.
